A crystalline approach to building your body.

You want to move with purpose, build your capacity, and stay supple enough to be resilient in the work that brings you to life.

This requires attention to your body's foundation: your bones, joints, and fascial network. All of which require silica, the main element in quartz, to repair and build.

I created Rocky Mountain Quartz to bring a prized mountain mineral into an ingestible liquid formulation. It's a meeting of raw stone, fire, and careful refinement that supplies your body an ample dose of bioavailable silica.

Rocky Mountain quartz. Transformed through fire. Liquid mineral strength and resilience.

At a glance

  • 30 mL bottle

  • Stabilized silica solution derived from quartz

  • 8mg bioavailable silica per 1 mL serving

  • Must be diluted in at least 4oz of liquid before use

  • Lab tested for heavy metals (see report in photos)

Purpose

Quartz is the second most abundant mineral on the Earth's surface. It creates the structure necessary for life to thrive.

Quartz is a rich source of silica. Your body uses silica to build collagen structures in bones, connective tissue, and skin [1].

Where shilajit supports the energy that powers your work, quartz supports your foundation. Working with both of them together connects the intelligence of the mineral realm to your daily life.

Source & process

I begin with quartz from the Rocky Mountains, then fuse it with potassium in a crucible. This transforms the crystalline mineral into a clear amorphous glass that fully dissolves in water, mobilizing the silica. The tincture is dosed to supply bioavailable silica to support an active lifestyle.

Use

Use daily. Always dilute in at least 4oz of liquid before use. Do not take directly on the tongue.

Ingredients

Water, potassium silicate derived from Rocky Mountain quartz.
