Effects

↑ Bone density

↑ Connective tissue quality

↓ Inflammation

Piñon Pine's resinous and aromatic compounds have been studied for their roles in supporting joint comfort, bone health, and connective tissue resilience [1,2,3]. In practice, it helps maintain the body and supports a focused, yet meditative state.

I reach for the Piñon Pine Quintessence when I need to stay steady. On long days or during sustained effort, it helps me remain grounded and consistent. On recovery days, I rely on Piñon to support connective tissue healing, so that I can continue to do the things that matter to me most.
