When the system softens, flow returns.
Use
Desert Sage Quintessence is a potent formulation designed for oral use. It can also be used topically and aromatically.
- Oral: Start with 5 drops, taken directly or in water. Increase to 10 drops, up to 2× daily.
- Topical: Apply 3-5 drops to absorb through skin
- Aromatic: Shake well, open, and inhale during moments of stress, transition, or recovery.
→ For best results, use daily for one week to become familiar with its effects, then transition to intuitive use.
Effects
↑ Relaxation
↓ Tension
↓ Pain
Desert Sage is well-suited for moments that call for relaxation, recalibration, and recovery. Its constituents have been studied for their roles in calming nervous-system activity, supporting open respiration, and relaxing vascular tension [1, 2, 3].
I reach for the Desert Sage Quintessence on days when recovery needs to be prioritized. A few drops in my daily water bottle help me shift out of tension and back into rhythm. A few drops directly on my tongue is perfect for mobility work.
